When I have two songs loaded in "a" and "b", "B", seems to want to skip into a portion of the song. And it will keep doing it as it jumps from one point to another point. It only happens on "B", not in "A". Running the latest HP laptop i7, 16 gigs of ram and the lappy is a year old. The controller I have is the NS7iii.

how far is it jumping, fractions of a beat, bar or are we talking lots?

Do you have cue points set in the track that's loaded to deck B?
is VDJ skipping to the cue points, or just some random place(s)?
ISTR there's a function on some skins that will select each cue point in turn when the button is held down. Maybe the NS7 has a button stuck and it's causing VDJ to skip to each cue point?
What skin are you using? Test to see if it happens without the NS7 connected.
