Just type in the value instead of zero..

i just want to understand that, if it shows now 0 in latency does it mean that till now i was working on 0ms ?

The setting is just a suggestion for the driver (and 0 is ignored and will just use the default)
To see the actual latency have a look at the right most column in the audio tab
