After starting my DJing laptop for the first time in a year and a half and installing the new 2021 version of VDJ Pro, I got the message "NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1050 drivers too old..............". I've visited the NVIDIA website, searched for GeForce drivers but I'm not confident at all about downloading and installing the correct new drivers. Can anyone give advice please? Many thanks.

You should have an nvidia control panel on your machine and you can update them from within that.

current latest nvidia driver support 1050 with stems in GPU mode
if windows 10 make sure the nvidia driver is really in use (microsoft one have limited features)
I always prefer GRD version
