I was wondering if anyone is having issues with VDJ and the Numark Serato NVII? when I start to play the controller works just fine. Then after 5 min, the controller buttons no longer work with the VDJ program. Any thoughts? i have updated the NVII firmware and updated VDJ to the latest version and still has the same issues.

Some quick thoughts:
1) Make sure you are logged in the software (in case it doesn't validate your subscription that is)
2) Update the drivers of your graphics card.
3) Check your USB cable and connection.
4) Once the controller stops responding, open settings and go on mappers tab. Right click on NVII on top and select "Reconnect" device. Does this fix the issue ?
5) Check your computer for any resource heavy software that may be doing scheduled tasks in the background and can cause your computer to disconnect from the controller. On low power PC's even a resource heavy antivirus could cause such issues.
