I’m having trouble activating the license I bought (home plus) like if I’m trying to connect my turn table in my laptop, it pops up that i need license but I already paid and it says just log in to my account but still doesn’t work

Hi, it appears that you purchased an incorrect Plus License (for Numark PartyMix MKII). Please contact Support and your issue will be addressed.
