Was that sound card used by VirtualDJ before?
Is it now taken as Windows default sound card? (if so set Windows to use its own card).
And if unsuccessful, try rename settings.xml in /documents/virtualdj/ to a settings_backup.xml
And then start VirtualDJ
(as well as make sure you have latest driver etc to that sound card)
