This was something I was trying to figure out, finally found a solution so I'm going to document it here.
Shift + [keyboard command] is generally used to do the opposite or inverse of an action. I wanted to use this specifically for deck selection. In a 2 deck setup, tab just alternates decks but in a 4 deck setup, tab moves through the decks incrementally: 1, 2, 3, 4. The trick here was that I often want to go between 2 decks (e.g. just 1 and 2) in a 4 deck setup with hotkeys so I wanted a way to go back one deck instead of forward one deck.
Couldn't find anyone who was doing this so I made my own version. Since the tab command runs "deck active select" and I couldn't find an easy way to decrement, I decided instead that we can just increment 3 (which, in a 4 deck setup, wraps back around to the previous deck).
