I want to set A.cue scratching mapping but have no idea about it. l is like I want to scratch and after scratching the track get back to an active cue point.Any help?

Normally it's just a regular hotcue - and then you go between scratching and cuing to scratch cue
If you want it to be more like on a CDJ, you can do a bit of mapping to achieve that, like explained here:
