Topic: ok i need a little help with remapping akai apc mini
I need a little help to map the AKAI APC mini

I am halfway

I have try to modify the button on row 1 button number 5 to apply fx

ROW1_PAD5
effect_active 1


yes, ok perfect... but now how do I specify that need to do only on the left deck or the decks number 1 and 3?

same for
LED_ROW1_PAD5
effect_active 1 ? color 'red' : color 'yellow' : off


Yes, ok but become red any deck I turn on the fx so how to say turn on only if effect active 1 is on deck 1 or 3 or decks on the left?

i have already tryed 

deck left effect_active 1

and
deckleft effect_active 1


I tried also 
deck left : effect_active 1

and
deckleft : effect_active 1


and
effect_active 1 : deck left

and
effect_active 1 : deckleft




NOT WORKING! I mean is working but on master not on left or right...
probably I need another script

If I remember right when I adjusted the mapping for mine it was defined as one deck. you will need to change that to 2 or 4 decks. It's at the top of the mapping. Can't remember the exact code. If you can't find it I can look when I get home from work.

on the top there is for the ddj 400 automatic (left, right)

for the akay there is Automatic (default)

sorry i see i never changed mine and deck left and right commands are working fine

have you tried with deck 1 ?
or deck 2?

if i put deck 1 on the top work only for deck 1 the akay

your first try (and suggested by WickedMix) should have worked

Tested:
deck right effect_active 1

and
deck left effect_active 1

work when tried in skin custom button, on button of LaunchPad and on MidiFighterTwister. (don't have AKAI APC mini, to test)

and as WickedMix has suggested .. specifying the decks with deck 1 deck 2 etc will also work.
