I am playing a song on DECK A and now start playing a song on DECK B. I want to spin the deck backwards, and the more I spin back, the slower the beat starts to play. In this mode it is not possible to even the beats of the two songs. Does somebody know which option I have to chance?

a backward spin (in the traditional sense) is speeding up and slowing down the song yes (depending on your hand force on the deck)
If you want to play a song backwards in real tempo, map a keyboard key or controller button or pad to the action : reverse

Yeah when you spin the platter backwards it's doing a bend.
See if you can put the platter into vinyl mode. There may be a hardware button on your controller for it or you can do it in vdjscript. This will make moving it backwards scratch like a turntable.
