i finally found one in mint condition. i had the dnx 1600 years ago. and loved the sound. i see on here the dnx 1600 is supported. but not the 1700. i assume i can still get it working with vdj like i did with the a&h db2 (which the faders are all screwy and need to be fixed)
using an xdj rx3 btw for small parties. i suggest to turn the "auto gain" feature off for now. first 3 hours of my party were a bit of a mess. the gain on the right side of my xdj had a mind of its own. and i dont even touch them really. keep them at 10 oclock. also i noticed some jogwheel and screen lurching or stuttering. a tiny bit on the sound. im using a very power desktop. but i had it running a bit overclocked (bios defaults to turbo). i turned turbo off and it seems smoother.
cheers
