Hello,
Just purchased VirtualDJ this evening to get away from Rekordbox, but whenever I use the mixing knob to go between cue and master on the headphones, the application crashes and restarts. I have no idea how to resolve this.
I'm hoping to find a resolution because I really like the software, but this renders it unusable on my system.
!!!!! UPDATE
It appears the restarting is completely random, AND ONLY WHEN MIXING MUSIC VIDEOS .. it always happens when using my controller, but not when mixing non-video tracks .. only video tracks.
By "CRASH" I mean .. the application closes, and then restarts and says "NEW HARDWARE DETECTED DDJ-400".
