left side of the deck tempo / pitch slider and efx knob don't go to 100%
not sure why this would have stopped working all the sudden. checked input data and it's not the hardware. DDJ-SR2

How would i adjust the range setting for the entire left side of the deck nearly?
the photo shows that i cannot take the tempo slide all the way up to pick up the control . the hardware slider is all the way up and should be in the same position as the ui slider. It's not just the tempo slider it is also the efx knobs

Digging deeper i found that both the efx knob and tempo slider are short on the negative value by 17.
