I have Virtual DJ18 pro license for my NUMARK NS7II conntroller that I purchased back in 2015. I have
a lot of issues with sound popping and Virtual DJ not working well sometimes freezing up when using the NS7II. I recently purchased a little cheap NUMARK PARTY MIX LIVE controller to just play around with and use in emergencies if the NS7II was not working. I tried to connect the new PARTY MIX with my exisiting Virtual DJ account and it will not reconize the controller at all. My license on my VDJ account is for the NS7II. I know the PARTYMIX is supposed to come with VDJLITE but I do not see why I should have to downlaod another cpy of VDJ on my computer when I already have VDJ 2018 with Pro Licence.

Sounds like a driver or connection issue. VDJ should come up with a pop-up window when the controller is connected for the first time. Has it done this?
