You should be able to see the LED_SYNC mapping in your settings, for example I have it set to is_sync, which should result in it being "on when tracks are synchronized (bpm and phase while playing, bpm when not playing)"
To the VDJ devs, is there an is_phrase_sync verb or equivalent way to check if two songs phrases (not phases) are synced?
And related question, is it possible to see the default mapping? For example, for Hercules DJControl Starlight, there is no LED_CUE mapping in the factory mapping, yet it sometimes goes on or blinks.

When a LED_XXXX item does not exist on a mapper then the led uses the exact same code of it's assigned button (XXXX)
Also depending on the controller and when/how it was mapped the SYNC button LED may blink according to the intensity of the beat.
