I ahve hundreds of m3u lists in Documents\Virtual DJ\"Tracklisting"
pretty much identical to m3u lists in the "history" folder only in this one they're seperated in to yearly folders.
Is Tracklisting folder from older versions or something? Seems strange to have duplicates of all the m3u lists.

Tracklisting should be a txt file.
Not a folder with other files in it.
Tracklisting.txt is a log (typically in the format of "Artist-Title") of what you have played. It doesn't contain filepaths as history m3u (playlist) files do.
In some countries around the world and for some types of DJs this list is actually required by law to be sent to the local music copyrights governing body (like ASCAP or RIAA in USA I think)
If you are not required to send such a file or keep such record/log you can safely delete the file.
