Switched to a new computer (windows)and VDJ is searching in \user\AppData\VirtualDJ instead of Documents\VirtualDj. How to tell VDJ to goto Documents for the VirtualDJ file?

Move the VirtualDJ folder from /Appdata to /Documents

I have done this also, but when I move, it keeps starting up a new folder in C:\Users\Adam\AppData\Local\, and asking me to log in again, settings are back to factory etc.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail.

You can change the home folder location in the registry

Excellent! Thank you!
For those reading this in future the regedit location is
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\VirtualDJ

An update, it seems recreating a new folder in \user\AppData\ and starting from scratch - even after changing this setting in regedit, so solution doesn't seem to have worked

Create a .reg file with your own path and run it as admin.
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\VirtualDJ]
"RunFolder"="C:\\Program Files (x86)\\VirtualDJ\\"
"HomeFolder"="D:\\VirtualDJ"
