Hi Im new on VDJ I just wanna ask if it's possible to automatically set cue points in every after a 32 beats of a loaded song in deck like in Serato

No, but you can create a script that will do it for you:
goto_start & set_cue 1 & goto +32 & set_cue 2 & goto +32 & set_cue 3 & goto +32 & set_cue 4 & goto +32 & set_cue 5 & goto +32 & set_cue 6 & goto +32 & set_cue 7 & goto +32 & set_cue 8

Map it to a spare button or a key on your keyboard....
