Cue points from Serato are always slightly off to the beatgrid in Virtual DJ and not usable...

Same with tracks thats prepared in Mixed in Keys and imported.

This is not the case for ALL Tracks, or else we would have offer some kind of a "fix"
It mostly depends how each software handles the "silent" part at the beginning of the Track. But still, we could not find any specific pattern.
You will need to do it manually Track by Track and use the action shift_all_cues to move all Hotcues of the loaded Track (e.g shift_all_cues -10ms will shift all HCs 10ms before their current positions)

Yes I have noticed that too so as you describe I have made a custom button to shift the que when I have the problem. No big deal. It works for me.
