Was told to delete the filter folders under the actual folder and when the program restarts, it should reset the default filter folders. I did this and it did not work. I'm trying to get on chat to ask questions. But don't see any option to chat for help yet.
Also looking for under tools, I think it's different with new program. But the unscanned filter, really need this!
I also miscplaced my "MyLibrary" Folder.
