Hi, I bought the VirutalDJ PRO subscription after the trial period and I simply can't use the ddj-200 dj controller with the program, I tried on another machine and I can't use it there either. If I can't solve the problem please give me my money back as everything was fine during the trial period, but since I bought the software I simply can't use the dj controller with the program!

Perhaps explain your problem ?
Do you get some warning/error pop-up ?
Do you see your license in the LICENSES tab of VirtualDJ Settings ?

You should be able to easily use the DDJ-200 controller.
Troubleshooting:
If you look at the Settings > Licenses Tab, in the window "Current Licenses", what do you see?
Are you using the same credentials to log in to VDJ as, into this forum?
There is also a Setting > Option: stayLoggedIn , set that to Yes

I reinstalled it and now it works.
