Probably something really simple I'm missing but.... here is my workflow.
I'm creating a number of Karaoke videos for a very specific night.
I've made 47 of these and they come out as VDJEDIT files, this is generally by selecting the song, clicking "edit video" and linking a video with the song together and saving once the lyrics are all in.
I do this on my main PC.
Now I'm coping over all the folders to my (fresh boot) laptop making sure all my paths are the same and... Virtual DJ won't recognise the VDJEDIT files that I've created on my main computer, they are coming up as "unkown files" if I try to load them.
I can re-create and it works fine (creates a new VDJEDIT file) I really don't want to lose hours and hours of work getting these videos created so what am I missing to get these VDJEDIT files working across computers....

open your edits outside vdj with a text editor, check the file path is correct for the source file
