Has anyone had issues with being able to get a subscription working after their account was hacked? I had a hacking earlier in the year, and immediately emailed in to rectify it and had all the emails switched back to my actual email. Now many months later, and still having access to my original Virtual DJ Pro subscription, I am having difficulties adding an additional audio plan subscription. Despite being logged into my account, it keeps sending the subscription to the email that it was once hacked too. I have ran in circles with Tech Support for days now, buying the subscription multiple times only for it to go back to the Hack account every time. Clearly they believe I am still doing something wrong, even though I've provided proof in all instances that I am signed into my account and have in no way selected the Hack email to be where the subscription belongs. It has been one of the most infuriating interactions with support. Has anyone else from the community dealt with this?

If you go to your account page, do you still see the invalid email address?
If so, try to remove it from there first
