Is anyone having any issue with cue points not saving???

Check your settings. Check "readOnly" setting and make sure it's set to NO.
If it's set to NO allready and you use a MAC then:
a) Make sure you allow access to VirtualDJ to all files on your computer (this is done through Settings->Security on your MAC)
b) Make sure you use drives that MAC OS can write data to.. (I mean MACs can read but not write on NTFS drives, which is the default Windows format for a drive)
