Topic: Can’t create account
Hi. My wife is trying to create an account. Clicking on Create Account just takes her to the connect page to login. She’s tried creating an account on different devices , browsers and Wi-Fi networks. I originally put this in general but haven’t had any replies.

You mean the page with this message?


if so, as it says, there should be an email sent to her email account where she needs to activate the newly created account at VirtualDJ.

Or did you mean that the link sent via email didnt work?
 
There’s no option to create the account, only login, I press on create account, click the email option and it asks for a password.
 
so give it a password

Its just a quick sign in that auto creates account if its not already an existing account with those credentials. Edit : If there already exist an account with the email , password field will show to login

Or if using Social Media logins, it should automatically log you in

then it means that her email already have an account in our system. click on “i forgot my password” and it will send a link to reset the password
