Hi Virtual DJ Support,
I wanted to bring to your attention an issue I’ve been experiencing with the GeniusDJ feature over the last few builds. It seems that GeniusDJ no longer works as expected — on multiple computers, the suggested tracks either don’t load at all or take an unusually long time to appear.
This issue appears to have started recently and is affecting my workflow during live sets. I’ve tested this on several machines, so it doesn’t seem to be device-specific.
Could you please take a look and let me know if this is a known issue or if there are any steps I can take on my end to resolve it?
