Topic: Virtual DJ freezing and also freezes laptop
i have just updated the latest update now virtual keeps freezing and shuts down but when i try to open it again just keeps saying its already running also windows explorer crashes i have to press power button to turn of laptop when it re starts all is ok untill i start vurtual

Are you doing this with a controller connected? If so, which controller?

Are you aware of the MIDI 2.0 issues? Have you turned off MIDI 2.0?
 
Denon MC6000mk2 where would i find midi 2
 
Just search for midi in settings/options and you'll see it. Disable, reboot and give it another try.
 
hi i could not find midi settings but i think its the external hd i have scanned it and says no errors on drive in vurtual folder it has
cache folder
folders
my lists
and an explorer saying;
microsoft edge html document 54,605kb
extra data base file 360kb
extra db-wal db-wal file 45kb
can i delete any of these as i dont know what they do
 
it all works ok inc controller but freezes when i connect external hd i used a semi backed up hd and still works ok
