cofigure the winamp dsp-plugin to broadcast "soudcard output" - this only work if you dont use an ext mixer
i you use a mixer, take the rec line back you your line-in, use a line-in plugin with winamp, mute it and broadcast it.

Be carefull when connecting your line out of your soundcard to the line in (even indirectly). You can get a perpetuous phasing!!!
