word, up fellows i,m new to this dj & mixing thing and i have a vaio laptop i need to know what do i need to run virtualdj2 smooth and what kind of componets i need to get loud and acustic sound out of my laptop..

At the beginning you just need the software and a soundcard. It's very possible to mix with the keyboard and the mouse.
Then to mix between two sources (the 2 decks) it's better to have a 5.1 soundcard or 2 soundcards.
You can also have the Hercules DJC (which includes a 5.1 soundcard) or an external mixer and if you want some external controlers (XP10, TCV)
Check the "Products" section on this website (http://www.virtualdj.com/products/) and the VirtualDJ manual (http://www.virtualdj.com/support/manual/).
