I finally received my DJ console yesterday from Hercules. I was psyched up to install, but then I got a strange error message, which I know you guys may not be able to help me on, because it may be my personal computer issue, but it says :
"An installation support file could not be installed. Catastrophic Failure."
Then when I tried to uninstall and reinstall, I went to remove program and it said the same error notice. I already emailed Hercules to get tech support, but wanted to know if any one else has experienced this error or could help me out.
