Forum: Hardware Technical Support - Topic: DJ Console Question--HELP!!

I received a new console from Hercules after the first one was not responding, but I need some help. After installing the drivers from the CD that they sent, I plugged in the USB cable from the console to my PC. I setup my PC with my primary soundcard and Hercules DJ console as my secondary soundcard. After I exited, none of the buttons were responsive once again. What am I doing wrong, or is it just the console again?

I had some troubles also. After installing the driver, reboot the machine. Let it start completely, then connect the console to the pc. Then the box, installing hardware will appear. Wait untill the installation is finished (Box is disappeared). Then start VDJ.
