i contact e-service about my order of the TCV and still no answer...how long does it take to get it to the U.S?

It varies with each state. The best thing to do buddy is continue to ask the Team

All of us users here can speculate on why it is taking a while, but only the Support Staff and the Internal Team can really give you a concrete answer. Sorry that I can't be of any more assistance or offer you a magical answer. Keep talking to the Team at e-contact...I hear that THEY have magical powers though. :)
