I have purchasd virtual DJ, however, I have not received instructions or a link where I can download the software. I have my order confirmation # and I have already called the bank and the funds have been taken out. Everytime I contact customer support, I received a generic automatic response that gives me a link to a site where I can submit a question.
Am I doing someting wrong? Please help

Ok, pretty easy, Go to "modify my profile" tap it's just over "Hello XXXXXX! you have written XX messages"
there you have a textbox in "software registration" enter the serial code you got on your mail and press enter or click on "submit" at the bottom.
your profile should update to "You are a registred user of Virtual DJ Pro"
now, just under "Hello XXXXX!......" you should see a download link.
