I've had good experiences with musiciansfriend.com. Many other folks also use pssl.com but I just had a backorder problem with them and had to cancel. No problems cancelling though.

pssl.com has worked for me. I have never had a problem. Like anything else, it's good to get a relationship with someone. This way, you are not just a voice on a phone, or a text on a screen.
