i was wondering if anyone knows how to change the voice from like really deep to really high?????

If you're talking about the vocals of a song, then there is no easy way to do that without changing the pitch of the music as well, unless you have the vocals and instrumentals separated into separate tracks.
To change the pitch in VDJ, just make sure that 'Timestretch' is turned off and then move the pitch slider. As I said, this will change the pitch of the entire track though. Be aware that this will also change the tempo.

There is also a key change plugin available, but you have to be a registered user in order to download it
