i have a problem with my v dj 2, i bought the software and when i try too load it up it asks for the serial number, but the software didnt come with a serial number any suggestions would be great

Where did you buy it? If you did from this website you get your serial to mail.

As Xeon said, your e-mail that had your receipt of purchase should have it.
It doesn't come directly with the software. Just like you don't get your pin number for your credit card in the same envelope as the credit card...
