I can't seem to get those guys to work. Any Suggestions ?

If you are having problems playing VOB files, then there is a good chance that it has to do with the audio stream (multiple languages on a movie DVD) or in the case of ETV music videos it has to do with the format the audio is in. Here is a possible solution:

Just "Redo" the audio portion to a different format. If there are multiple streams then choose the one you want output to another VOB file.
I rip my DVDs using DVD Shrink, which can be found at VideoHelp.com. I store all of my PO DVDs on an external Hard Drive to use for shows.
