Hello,
I made a small application to convert the old midi shortcut into the new v4 version (midi.xml), because I couldn't be bothered to reenter all th shortcuts of my Nuo4.
you can find it at the bottom of my web page :
http://www.kaymyst.new.fr
you will need the microsoft .Net 1.1 framework to run it, you can get it from here:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=262D25E3-F589-4842-8157-034D1E7CF3A3&displaylang=en
all you have to do is select the old shortcut file with "open file" then press convert it will ask you where to save the new file (which is now usually called midi.xml in your virtualDJ folder).
ATTENTION: everything is converted in midi notes not crtl, you still might have to edit your file after using this tool : like the control for the crossfader for example.
Keybord shortcuts are ignored.

I have dac3 controller and the old midi shorcut xlm file doesn't work (just a few buttons). I tried to convert file but still don't work.:(

Sorry,
I didn't realise that loads of shortcut fonctions are now obsolete or have different parameters so you have to remove or edit them.

I have a default configuration, I don't load shortcut 3.4, but only the conversion midi.xml, the controllab4 monitor is OK for comunication midi usb........... (and green ball on midi-vdj)
