Just wondering how long til this skin is available? i really liked the look of it and have been searching the forums lots trying to see that it is done.

Since the release of V4.0 there are lots of new things for developers to learn. Also there have been LOTS of requests (PM's and emails) for the DAC3 skin to be updated for V4. We do apologise to those users eagerly awaiting the completion of other skins, but we are trying out best to please everyone, and as anyone knows this is not an easy task.
