i saw this nice progg on the laptop of a friend of mine.
now i think about it to buy it.
but:
what do i need? i have a pc (2.8Ghz, 1gig ram, radeon x800, sound blaster audigy zs2), a 5.1 soundsystem and a 5.1-headset.
i wanna hear the currently-not-running-song with my headset and the standard-sound on my soundsystem.
do i need a mixer? it is general possible to do this?

The only thing you will need is the full version of VDJ. You could buy a mixer and a better sound card later on. But your requirements could e fulfilled with the Full version of VDJ, your pc and the 5.1 sound card.
