It seems that many problems with BCD occurs with lappies, so i post here a solution from a BCD User which helped alot of users.
It worked for me, it worked for many. The post came originally from a djdecks user (they have similar ASIO problems)

Hi all,
IT WORKS !!!!
Why does it work on desktops but not on laptops...???
So, I did a little analytic troubleshooting.....
What's the specific difference between laptops and desltops because that's where the solution is.
The main difference is the USB handling. First, modem and CDplayer are often internal USB devices instead of PCI options. So, disable both. Second, disable powermanagement on every USB port and powermanagement in general.
Now, it works fine. no dropouts in the audiostream anymore. runs smooth for hours.....
Goodluck to you all.

Its a very true advice.....
Disable devices on laptop that you dont use when mixing, to make BCD2000 work on laptop
The drivers are bad, and will freeze if conflict with other devices (such as those mentioned that run on usb)
