I've already got 2 strobe lights and a controller:

But I'm not too impressed with them. The controller I have lets you select different patterns and speeds, but it's not very "responsive". Maybe it would work better with four as the controller's designed for?

Can anyone reccomend a make / model of strobe ?
I saw one once with a controller where you could tap it to flash with the beat of the music, that was really impressive. I'd like something like that.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

Bought a pair of these recently.
DMX controllable and excellent on sound active or with a black out activator.

Not sure about UK availability, but its a MBT WT7500DMX and not the Monster model.

1/2 way down the page 125 STR DMX, the Monster is above it.
Notice the prices, most of this stuff is Chauvet branded but greatly reduced.

I use Martin Atomic strobes. These are dmx controlled (There is also a little stand alone controller available called "Detonator"). This is kind of monster strobe. You could select the speed, brightness and it has a blinder: It will give a flash at full power for 2 seconds!
Picture could be found in my blog. You could also read more info here

Well, our company also uses Atomic strobes. In my opinion, it's the best you can have. :)
