Morale (also referred to as esprit de corps) is a term for the capacity of people to maintain belief in an institution or a goal, or even in oneself and others. The term applies particularly to military personnel and to members of sports teams, but is also applicable in business and in any other organizational context,(Wikipedia).

You guys have it, I admire that. I just threw that out sorta like a Hail Mary pass see if anybody wants to discuss it.I am helping build a non profit from the ground up to support a local hospital, so such issues are front and center right now; I have been rediscovering old heroes for inspiration and reading about other non profits. I just wrote the Founder's Mantra, I'm pleased to say it was well received and accepted. It took 3 days to write 4 sentences.....
