Bootcamp works good, & by doing it this way you'll get the most out of the pc (this is how I run vegas). But the nice thing about paralles is being able to use both ops @ the same time....it works great for me because I'm still using photoshop & dreamweaver on the xp side. I'll be a full mac user once cs3 is up & running & vegas is supported by mac (which will probaly never happen "slowly learning fcp....but in my opinion the layout sucks")
I know Parallels has a beta version that will support booting from the boot camp partition so you don't have to have three ops setup like I do right now. It just depends on your application.
Also a side note....I haven't got vdj to work with my mbp yet. Very sluggish performence (even with just audio), I think it might be a couple different things: only 1gig of ram or only 128 mb card or bootcamp. You would think it would handle audio with np. Mr Conquest do you use the serato sound card with your mbp? I know Serato didn't support the intel mac @ first, maybe vdj has to be setup differently for the intel mac.....I reallly dunno just guessing. Sorry for forking the post.
mbp 1.83 duo2, 1gig, 128 video, 120gb
