As of right now Behringer does not Support any other version besides WindowsXP SP2, I have asked and they do not have drivers or even plans for VISTA drivers at the moment...
This is the responce I got from Behringer USA when asked about a driver update:
At this time, we do not yet have any more specific information available on when a possible new driver update for the BCD2000 will become available, beyond the information that is listed on our website. The B-Control Downloads page on www.behringer.com is the first place that software updates such as new driver version releases are announced and made available for download.
While we do not have any specific news or announcements available yet regarding the possibility of the next version of a driver for the BCD2000, the upcoming release of the BCD3000 model does not signify that support for the existing BCD2000 model would be dropped.
Updates to software and drivers for BEHRINGER products are written at BEHRINGER's head offices in Europe or Asia and are posted on the www.behrigner.com web site as soon as they are announced and made available; therefore we do not have a 'release schedule' available in advance regarding upcoming driver releases.

DO u know why theres no Driver Support.. because Behringer is going to be introducing the BCD3000 in which that will have Vista Support (Knowing Behringer Support wont be until 2008) From experience with my BCD2000

I am using BCD2000 and vista, it works just as good in vista as it did in XP. No need for vista drive upgrade
