The file info tells me all about title, artist and comments. But in VDJ the information on artist is gone. How can I get this information automatically?

In future, save all your info in Windows Media Player as "artist-title" (go to Options) - when you call it up in Virtual DJ, it will display the title in the Title field and artist in the Author field - do it as "title-artist" and you will find that the title of the song is the artist's name and the artist's name is the title ogf the song (a group calld YMCA sing a song called Village People).
