I recently downloaded the VDJ demo and loved it. I think I want to get a hercules mk2 to use with it though. My question is if I buy a used console would I still receive the discount when upgrading to VDJ 4.2? Also, if I purchase VDJ pro before I get my console will I be able to plug it in and go out of the box or would I need to download drivers or anything? Sorry if this is the wrong place for this question.

no , need a new unused one for the discount ,
if you buy vdj pro its good to go yes
just need to download the drivers from herc or look for the post here called common device drivers i have placed mk2 drivers here for conveniance
