On the laptop I use the DVDRipper that came with VDJ. All I can select is VOB. How can I rip the video's to where they won't be so huge (filesize)?

Please delete this thread. I did a search after posting and found the ImToo program and am giving it a shot at MPEG-2 level. The MPEG-4 one didn't work no video showed up. I'm encoding files now and will play some tonight to see how it works. My fingers and toes are crossed!
