Yes, I install it on my macbook. It' s working good, and It already seems to e more stable. I have a problem being able to read the names of the folders and the names of the music. Any tips on what to do?

There's a MK2 for MAC, don't know if the PC one will work with the MAC drivers.

Just plug your BCD2000 in to the mac and see if it installs by it's self.
Mac is compadable with lots of external devices with out needing to have dedicated drivers.
you should at the least get the soundcard to work with it.

I'm not able to play my iTunes files, but not really shocked about that.

yea shooter6 .. im not either, There is a piece of DJ ooftware called MegaSeg it's for Mac only, and it allows you to play the ITunes Files (even secured) ... Hopefully maybe once we get this Mac version off its feet and it gets better and popular in the Mac world, (which we will sooner than you think) then ITunes (or Apple) will say hey ... let's let them DJ with Itunes music ;-) You know once you get a lot of Mac users using this software, they are going to complain to itunes about the "lock down". So many, they may have to do something hopefully.

NOTE: MegaSeg DOES NOT have a automatic BPM counter, DOES NOT HAVE Scratching capability, can barely mix music videos, DOES NOT Have effects ... you get the hint ;-)

Hopefully someone who has installed it can comment on this, but I would be disappointed if it looks any different, because that would mean that it is not compatible with the current skins. It should be completely skin-compliant which would mena that everything is configurable within the skin, at least as far as looks. It should not interpret the same skin file differently than it does on a pc.

I take that back. I just saw it on jchiar's MAC and it does look a little different.... no text! ;)

P.S. For those who want this to look like a 'MAC app' maybe the skin wizards can come up with a MAC-esque skin. Of course then PC users can use that skin too to make it look they are running on a MAC.

Why not just strip the DRM out like i do? I DO NOT promote sharing of purchased music, nor will i post publicly how to....

But I do it mainly so I can use thing like VDJ to be able to use MY music

It's not hard to remove the drm, and make playable Audio and Video files.

It is easy - but not allowed to be publicly sheard
