I am having problems with my some of my virtual playlists some are working fine - they show all the songs active. Some have a YELLOW ? and some even give me a windows Error and tell me There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive. This gives me the option to Canel, Try Again or Contine - but the system just locks up. I have tried to go in and analize all my music, but I have over 70,000 songs and this process is taking too long. What suggestions do you have.

You might have some corrupted files that are confusing VDJ? Try to analyze some folders and check how it will perform. There can be many reasons for your trouble, and to help ya, provide here:
What do you use (which format) of media?
What do you use to make it (which software)?
Bitrates?
Do you use Tag's? (if so, try to disable tag reading in VDJ options)
